Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a travel package and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the Climate Pledge Arena or Hollywood Bowl websites.

How do I place my order?

All Phish Spring Tour 2023 Travel Packages must be purchased online.  Packages go on sale on Wednesday, January 18th, 2023 at 2 PM ET. After you click purchase next to your desired package of choice, you will be directed to our ticketing agent to make and finalize your order.  Within the purchase process you will be able to select either GA or Premium reserved tickets.

Do the Phish Spring Tour 2023 Travel Packages have an age restriction?

Yes, Phish Spring Tour 2023 Travel Packages have an age restriction of 21+ to check in at the hotel. Those under 21 can still occupy a room and attend the show, however the primary booker of the reservation must be 21+ for hotel check in.  Valid photo identification is required.

Do the travel packages come with concert tickets for all nights of Phish in my desired market?

  • They sure do!
  • All Seattle Travel Packages include two (2) two-night tickets to Phish at the Climate Pledge Arena for April 14th and 15th
  • All Los Angeles Travel Packages include two (2) or four (4) three-night tickets to Phish at the Hollywood Bowl for April 21st, 22nd, and 23rd

How and where will I receive my tickets for the Phish concerts?

We have entered the digital age, and we’re going to make things easier for you.  All tickets for the Phish Spring Tour 2023 will now be digital. You will receive your digital tickets in your Ticketmaster account within a few weeks of the event taking place. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your travel package to receive your tickets in your Ticketmaster account. Don’t worry, there will be a friendly and knowledgeable 100X Staff member at each hotel on check-in day to help you with any questions or issues that arise.

How do I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise must be picked up on-site at your hotel. We will make this easy for you at hotel check-in. We cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

How do I know where my seats will be if I purchase a Travel Package?

Your seats will either be premium reserved or GA floor dependent on the package you purchase.  When purchasing a package with premium reserved seats, your specific seat location will be displayed throughout the purchase process.

Is there a payment plan for these packages?

Yes! There is a payment plan option for these travel packages. An initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing your package and a final 40% payment will be automatically deducted on 2/17/23. If you purchase after 2/17/23, you will be charged for the full payment at the time of your purchase. This is an automatic payment plan, meaning you’re on the plan simply by clicking “purchase!”

Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Hotel Travel Packages?

If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of your travel package, please contact 100xhospitality Guest Services. Be sure to include your order # when emailing.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The price listed on our website is the price for (2) guests plus fees in Seattle and either two (2) or (4) guests plus fees in Los Angeles depending on the package selected.

What time is check-in and check-out at each hotel?

  • There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than each hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with each hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.
  • 100X abides by the hotel policies below:
    • Astra Hotel Seattle: 3 PM Check In, 12 PM Check Out
    • Loews Hollywood Hotel: 4 PM Check In, 11 AM Check Out

What parking is available at each hotel?

  • 100X Travel Packages for Phish Spring Tour 2023 do not include parking.  Please visit each hotel’s respective website for information and rates regarding parking.

How far is each hotel from the venue?

  • We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venues:
    • Seattle:
      • Astra Hotel Seattle: 1.4 miles / 8 minutes to Climate Pledge Arena
    • Los Angeles:
      • Loews Hollywood Hotel: 0.9 miles / 5 minutes to Hollywood Bowl

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book extra nights through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can contact 100xhospitality Guest Services  to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate!

I purchased a package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

After the original purchaser receives their tickets in their Ticketmaster account in the weeks leading up to the event, they have the opportunity to transfer ticket(s) to an alternative guest. Please find more details on how to transfer tickets via mobile and desktop on the Ticketmaster page here. Please note, travel package tickets are 2-day or 3-day event passes, therefore they cannot be split by day. The lead purchaser can transfer a ticket to someone else, but then the person they transferred it to owns the ticket and would have to transfer it back if the original owner wants to use it for a subsequent show.

I transferred my digital tickets as a gift. How will the new ticket holders check into their hotel room and pick up their merchandise items?

If you have transferred your tickets, the initial purchaser will need to  contact 100xhospitality Guest Services, using the same email address they used to purchase, and notify us of the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update their reservation.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100X Travel Packages are non-refundable.  Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details.  That being said, we are just a bunch of people trying to make your experience better so if you contact 100xhospitality Guest Services , and we have a waiting list, we could take the package back.  We cannot refund the ticketing fees if we do in fact issue a refund on the package price.
